Great project Steve, thanks. Another way to make the groove in the ramp would be to drill a hole through the width of the part on it's side then cut off half of the resulting hole...

Awesome project. I made this with my 8th grade daughter for a school project. Now it's a coffee table conversation piece. I'm planning on making several of these as kits and put them together with children at an orphanage in Haiti.
any exact measurements for this? Doing a school project
